Hi! I’m Mary. And I’m glad you’re here.

I’ve been writing as long as I can remember. It’s a dream come true that people actually pay me to write and edit things for them. I can’t imagine working in any other discipline (at least not doing so cheerfully).

This blog has been a long work-in-progress. In the earliest posts, you’ll find commentary on life with toddlers and potty training. In the latter years, I’ve covered everything from writing and work at home tips to using essential oils with family members. I hope you’ll identify with the topics I cover. My primary aim is to offer encouragement! I hope the struggles I share will let you know that you are not alone. I hope that when I share something that works for us, you’ll be interested in trying it, too. And I hope together we can work through those hard places where we all have questions and are looking for answers.

So, welcome to my blog! Please feel free to reach out with any comments or questions.

And do make sure you’re subscribed to my weekly newsletter (below) where I’ll share blog posts, announcements, and other tips that may help you.
